MANGO MACRONI CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS


1 lt milk, 2 tbsp Shyam's Custard Powder (Vanilla Flavour), 1 cup sugar, ½ cup boiled Shyam's Macroni, 2 ripe mangoes (cut into cubes)

HOW TO COOK

  • Boil milk in a pan.

  • Take another vessel and mix the Shyam's Custard Powder with a little water/milk.

  • Add this mixture to the milk and keep boiling till it thickens.

  • Add sugar, mix well and remove it from heat.

  • When it cools, add the mango cubes and Shyam's Macroni and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

  • Serve chilled.
